New Mexico State University Students’ Visas Revoked

Attorney Rebecca Kitson was featured in a news story aired Tuesday, April 8, on KOAT, Channel 7 in Albuquerque, New Mexico:

New Mexico State University has confirmed six of its international students have been told that their visas have been revoked by the federal government. The university said they don’t have any information about why their visas were revoked.

“In past years, it was unusual to see a student visa being revoked. Again, there was generally a very clear reason why the visa was being revoked,” said Rebecca Kitson, an immigration attorney.
